Dear Class,

Many people and friends around me are on a diet not only for healthy purposes but for their physical appearance. So, today we are going to talk about "losing weight". Think about the following questions beforehand and feel free to share your views with us in class today.

Q1: Do you watch out for you weight now and then? Why or why not ? Are you obsessed with your weight?

Q2: Do you work out often? If you do, how often do you work out? If you don’t, when was the last time you worked out?

Q3: Did you have any experience of losing weight? What did you do? Did you succeed?

Q4: Do you have any tips for getting in shape?
-eat less and exercise regularly (eat like a bird and exercise regularly)
-fast one day a week
-change our lifestyles and diet habits (e.g. watch our intake, avoid high-calorie food, don’t have midnight snacks, don’t stay up)
-try fad diets (e.g. eat sweet potatoes, only eat potatoes, etc.)
-others
