Many people have the "insomnia" problem due to various reasons. Insomnia can affect people's lives in many ways. So, today we are going to talk about "insomnia". Think about the following questions beforehand and feel free to share your views with us in class today.

Q1: What is “insomnia”? Do you have the “insomnia” problem?

Q2: Did you have any experience of staying wide awake or tossing and turning all night long? If you did, why? How did you feel?

Q3: What might be the causes of “insomnia”?
